Planning a Montana vacation comes with plenty of questions, and we’re here to help. Whether you’re visiting for world-class fly fishing, Yellowstone National Park, or simply relaxing in the beautiful Madison Valley, we’ve answered many of our guests’ most common questions below.

Our vacation cabins, double queen rooms, our our suites are best for families.
Duplex Right, Duplex Left, and the Trapper Cabin accept pets.
Dry fly season is June to September, but fishing can be very good in spring and fall.
Check-in after 3 pm. Our office is open until 11:00 pm
Norris Hot Springs is about 20 minutes away – a great place to soak and relax. Or you could visit the Lewis and Clark Caverns. Try horseback riding, catch a rodeo, or shop in the downtown.
A deposit of 50% of reservation is due at the time of booking the reservation.
Deposits are refunded when 14 days notice of cancellation is given May 15 through October 15. Deposits are refunded if 48 hours notice of cancellation is given October 16 through May 14.
You can see much of Yellowstone in a day trip and return to Ennis in the evening.
All our accommodations offer WiFi. There is also good cell phone coverage in the valley.
Our heated swimming pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day
Yes! O’Dell Creek Fly Shop is on the premises.
There is ample parking for vehicles at our accommodations with extra space for trailers and boats.
We offer a continental breakfast in the lodge from 6 am to 9 am daily.
The entrance in West Yellowstone, MT is a little over an hour away.
Virginia City is about 20 minutes away. There you can take in a play, eat at a local restaurant, and see history up close.
For summer reservations, we suggest two months in advance for best dates, perhaps longer. Other times, you can book closer to the date. We take same day reservations if availability allows. When in doubt, give us a call.
The nearest Madison River fishing access site is a mile away.
We offer spring fishing specials, November specials, and winter special rates.
We have horse corrals for travelers with horses. We charge a nominal nightly fee for corral use.
We do not accept pets in any room and most cabins. We do accept pets in our Trapper Cabin, Duplex Left, and Duplex Right.

Our kitchenettes and vacation cabins have kitchens.
Absolutely. We can arrange for guides who will pick you up here.
Yes, you can book multiple cabins or rooms on our reservation page.

Most of our accommodations do not accept pets. Three of our vacation cabins do, Trapper Cabin, the Left and Right Duplex
